Fit Matters and we want you to be happy. First time customers should know that we carry a range of in-stock shoes that are easy to return. Special Orders and custom shoes are only eligible for return if defective or not what you ordered.

Shoes can returned up to 30 days after purchase date.

Shoes must be returned with the protective shield still on the soles. Everything in the box must be returned along with the shoes and the included shoe bag.

The Shoes should be in the same condition as when you received them, sellable, and not exhibiting signs of wear and tear. We can not accept the return if you cut the straps or alter the shoes in any way.

To return your shoes, please  contact us (1-888-844-4122) first to get a return authorization number. You can then decide to ship it back yourself or we can arrange pick up. You will be refunded the price you paid less any shipping charges paid by us.

We stand behind our products and if a CD or accessory is defective, we will replace it.

If the product is unopened, we are happy to accept your return up to 30 days past the purchase date with no questions asked. Open CDs are not returnable. All returns should be in a condition so that the item can be sold to someone else.
