Orders not over $150 will be charged a flat rate based on your address. Where there is a range given, the exact amount will be calculated at checkout. We currently ship to addresses in Canada and the US only. Contact us for international shipping rates.

We stand behind our products and if a CD or accessory is defective, we will replace it.
If the product is unopened, we are happy to accept your return up to 30 days past the purchase date with no questions asked. Open CDs are not returnable. All returns should be in a condition so that the item can be sold to someone else.
Fit Matters and we want you to be happy. First time customers should know that we carry a range of shoes that are easy to return.
Shoes can returned up to 30 days after purchase date.
Shoes must be returned with the protective shield still on the soles. Everything in the box must be returned along with the shoes and included shoe bag.
The Shoes should be in the same condition as when you received them not exhibit signs of wear and tear. We can not accept the return if you cut the straps or alter the shoes in any way.
Returns from addresses outside Canada must call us (1-888-844-4122) first to get a return authorization number. We will instruct you how to send it back without any additional duties and taxes being applied.
