The Heather-Split Black Lycra is the evolution of the women’s Heather practice shoe, which International Dance Shoes never stops perfecting. The split-sole provides the dancer more flexibility than over the full sole. This extremely popular practice shoe has gel padding and features the new heel design which brings the sole material over the back of the heel, offering a smoother drag and greater protection. The Heather-Split is widely used across all levels of dancing around the world and offers comfort, stability and value, with the added flexibility of a split-sole.

The Heather-Split Black Lycra is our most popular practice shoe and could be considered the Heather-Split base model. The Lycra material provides stretch and flexibility while still maintaining it’s original shape.
