This extremely popular practice shoe has gel padding and features the new heel design which brings the sole material over the back of the heel, offering a smoother drag and greater protection. The Heather-Split is the evolution of the original women’s Heather practice shoe, which International Dance Shoes never stops perfecting. The split-sole provides the dancer more flexibility than over the full sole and offers comfort, stability.

The Heather-Split Lipstick design of this best-selling practice shoe was designed with input from British Professional Dance champion, Katya Jones, and originally was intended to be available for a limited time, but due to its popularity, it’s availability has been extended.
